I checked in on your online service for my son and when we arrived we were not helped in a timely manner. Your online check in is just about useless and won’t recommend it!

I took my 11-year-old son here today for a haircut. We had never been there before. I made a mistake checking him in. Two other people came in behind me. When it was his turn, she would not cut his hair because he was not on the list. I said you both saw me walk in before them. She refused to cut his hair. She also refused to let him use the bathroom ...said he had to go next-door ...the manager of Sports Clips did not like you like customers using the bathroom. ☹️Worst experience ever!
